Since March of this year, Pharmaforce has been supporting companies across Ireland by upskilling their commercial and medical teams to maximise remote HCP engagement.

Virtual ICQ – (In Call Quality)
Virtual ICQ is a research and training solution that assesses how effective Commercial and Medical teams are at delivering key messages remotely to HCP’s. We use our expert panel of independent HCPS to assess and score a team’s effectiveness and performance. A final report is provided to each individual and Manager to help guide and support future development.
We can upskill your Commercial or Medical teams in effective communication and soft-skills, to equip them with the right skillset to further strengthen, sustain and improve their relationships with HCP’s, albeit remotely.
