Our product trainers will assess the knowledge required by the audience, design and deliver suitable tailored programmes with suitable material content. They will monitor results to ensure the desired messages were received, understood and retained. They can support the overall function of a sales team by re-emphasising key selling messages, ensuring consistency of a high standard of knowledge and understanding about their product or brand.

They successfully manage all elements of the marketing mix for our Clients’ product portfolios, including Brand Strategy Development and Direction, Market Research, Competitor Analysis, Pricing Review, Product Life Cycle Management, PR, Event Management, Training and Promotions to name but a few.


The Pharmaforce MSLs have a range of therapy area expertise making them the perfect fit for our Clients within the life sciences industry .  They are skilled at engaging with the wider medical community and serving as a scientific resource to educate and advise on upcoming advances in treatments for our Clients.

They will collaborate with our Clients’ internal stakeholders to ensure that they promote accurate and relevant messages. They have excellent relationships established with key opinion leaders (KOLs) improving the Client’s access to physicians, healthcare professionals, medical and academic institutions. This allows our MSLs to scientifically advise and educate on a peer-to-peer level with doctors and KOLs in alignment with the Client’s marketing strategy .

The MSL functions include but are not limited to:

  • Act as the connection between the healthcare industry and product development
  • Respond to requests for information
  • Host advisory boards
  • Provide training to the sales and marketing teams within their company
  • Keep abreast of scientific advancements
