Pharmaforce is delighted to announce the appointment of Stephen Sutton and Gary Gorman to the Talent Acquisition team.
Stephen Sutton will assume responsibility for further developing permanent, temporary, and contract recruitment within the MedTech area. Stephen joins the growing team as an accomplished recruiter and brings a lot of sector knowledge and expertise from working with start-ups to well established pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical technology companies in Ireland and across Europe. Steve began his recruitment career at Morgan McKinley as an IT technical recruiter. From there he took on a role as EU Technical Recruiter and Business Developer within Pharmaceuticals, with the American consultancy company, PSC Biotech. Prior to joining Pharmaforce, he spent two and a half years with CPL where he held a senior consultancy position.
Gary Gorman is responsible for all internal recruitment across the Pharmed Group which is now close to 180 employees across Ireland and the UK. In addition, Gary will be responsible for managing a number of our temporary staff, as well as future recruitment requirements within the midlands region. Gary worked with Potential Resources as a Senior Recruitment Consultant across a number of disciplines and has worked with a number of companies in the midlands.
