The role of the Trainer will be to deliver product related information to a customer base consisting primarily of Pharmacies and Health Stores. Preferably based in London, the Trainer will work with an existing Customer base in addition to new customers as and when required.
It is imperative that the Trainer is be highly motivated, ambitious and dedicated with the ambition to grow and develop existing business through education and relationship building. The Trainer will report directly to the Marketing Manager who has responsibility for training across the Pharmed business in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and for the OTC / Pharmed portfolio within the UK
- Responsibility for the delivery of relevant product information and selling techniques on a cyclical basis to new and existing customers in Pharmacies and Natural Health Stores
- Establish strong working relationships with a range of Pharmacists, Technicians and Counter Staff
- Prioritise objectives and schedule work to make best use of time and resources
- Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of the product range
- Actively gather market intelligence on our own and competitor portfolio / activities and supply information in line with the requirements set out by management
- Participate in trade shows, training and marketing activities as required
- Attendance at industry events
- Travel outside of territory may be required from time to time
- To perform any reasonable request of Manager within the parameters of the company’s requirements
