Brand Manager - Pharma 

Responsibilities: 

  • Devise the marketing plan for the products and target markets, ensuring a successful implementation and regular reporting on results (KPIs)

  • Create the strategy to set-up long lasting relationships with our target groups: including, but not limited to Prescribers, payors, Patients, and Pharmacies, both in primary and secondary care settings

  • Manage national and sub-national meetings working with the sales teams to maximise ROI

  • Creation of promotional materials for sales force and other channels, including a focus on digital

  • Work in conjunction with sales, corporate medical, and corporate market access.

  • Design and execution of programmes to fit with brand strategy.

  • Manage project budgets and timelines and lead the agencies in delivering successful and measurable programmes.

  • Market analysis and assess trends, making subsequent recommendations based on the data available.

  • Management and creation of the Neuraxpharm advocacy network

  • Roll out the marketing communication strategy to all relevant stakeholders.

Requirment: 

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience as a brand manager, associate brand manager in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Proven experience of working with multiple brands and priorities

  • Effective project management skills

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills

  • Knowledge of health service (HSE / HPRA / IPHA guidelines etc.,)

  • Track record of establishing stakeholder relationships
