Personal Data We Collect

  • We collect and process personal data only as far as is necessary to facilitate the recruitment process. We need your personal data in order to find you suitable opportunities and further information may be needed to assess your eligibility through the different stages of the recruitment process.

  • The term "personal data" means any information relating to a living person who is identified or identifiable (such a person is referred to as a "data subject") and

    • Name and job title

    • Contact information including email address, telephone numbers etc.

    • Your competences, skills, experience and education, e.g. your CV or resume, previous employments, educational details and qualifications, third party references

    • Demographic information such as preferences for locations, hours of work etc.

    • CV’s and employment history

    • Other information relevant to roles and relevant industry news

    • Such information is only collected from you if you voluntarily submit it to us.

  • For Temporary staff being employed by Pharmaforce, additional personal information is required to facilitate employment, compliance and payment services, such as bank account details, PPS numbers, emergency contact person and eligibility to work in Ireland.

  • In general, we will not ask you about sensitive personal data but there may be times that it is necessary for information to be disclosed to us and for us to share that with potential employers. We will only share the information where you have provided your explicit consent.

How does Pharmaforce collect this personal data?

  • Personal data is that which you provide to us, for example by filling in forms, applying for role and submitting your CV via our website www.pharmaforce.ie or by corresponding with us by telephone, e-mail, post, and social media or otherwise.

  • We may also obtain your information from professional networking sites or job boards, where you have actively published or submitted your information. You may also have been recommended by a friend, former employer or colleague.

How Will We Use The Information Collected About You?

  • We provide our services by using your details to match your skills, experience and education with a role that suits your requirements (we use technology in ways to help identify the most suitable candidates for a specific role but this does not constitute automated decision making);

  • We make you aware of current opportunities that may suit your requirements and send you marketing communications (after obtaining your consent).

  • We contact and update you about applications you have made or roles you have been submitted for;

  • We share your details with Clients with the aim of securing a potential role

Job and News Alerts

  • Once you have sent us your CV, we will keep in touch by email to let you know about industry news, events and/or job alerts. Should you decide you’d prefer not to receive these updates, please use the unsubscribe link in the email.

How long we keep your personal data for

  • We will not keep your personal data for any purpose for longer than is necessary and we will only retain the relevant personal information that is necessary in relation to the purpose. If you tell us, at any time, that you no longer want to have an account, then we will delete your personal data from our records.

  • We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
