Customer Service Specialist - Healthcare- Mullingar

We've partnered exclusively with a leading manufacturer in the global healthcare industry who are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a new full-time, permanent opportunity, based out of their modern facility in Mullingar. As the stand-alone person in customer service locally, you'll play an important role in representing the company and will bring your customer centric approach to your work. 

In this role, the key objectives will include the following:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers regarding deliveries, coordinating times, handling delays etc.

  • Maintaining a live listing for the production manager of what is required for distribution and when it needs to be dispatched.

  • Maintaining stock items at required levels in line with the production manager to ensure all order requests can be fulfilled.

  • Furnishing of sales invoices upon completion of order and distribution of products.

  • Liaising with finance and debt collection colleagues to ensure accounts are all up to date.

Key requirements:

  • Customer service experience, ideally working in a busy manufacturing/packaging facility.

  • Adaptable with excellent time management skills.

  • Strong and professional communicator with an ability to develop relationships with internal/external stakeholders.

  • Familiar with working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Autonomous approach to work and quality focused.
